Questions
Around three hours. Twelve courses will not be hurried, and neither will you. The last pour usually lands a little after eleven.
Yes — properly. Tell us when you reserve and the menu is rewritten for your chair, not trimmed. Vegetarian and pescatarian menus are their own twelve courses, not substitutions.
None written down. The room is candlelit and quiet; most guests dress like they mean it. Come as the evening deserves.
Plans change — we ask for 48 hours' notice. Inside that window we'll try to fill your chairs from the waiting list before any charge is made.
One bottle per table, $45, waived if it's older than the building. We'll decant it properly and be quietly jealous.
