Our story

Teta means grandmother, and this is her food — Tripoli by way of Sydney and now Southport. She cooked for thirty people every Sunday without a recipe written down anywhere, so I spent two years standing next to her with a notebook.

The garlic sauce still isn't as good as hers but it's close.
