Have these ready before you start:

  • Your menu — each meal, a short description, and the price
  • At least 3 photos of your food (any size — we shrink them automatically)
  • Your rules — pickup or delivery, which days
  • A few lines about you and your cooking
  • Your Facebook page or Marketplace listing link

Photos upload right on this form and are optimised automatically — any size is fine. Other documents need to be under 4MB each. Got something bigger, or more photos than the form fits? No stress — send the rest when we reply by email.

Your menu

Add each meal as its own line. On your finished page, customers tick the meals they want and enter a quantity. The About box is optional — a sentence or two about the dish, shown on its card. Does a meal come in sizes or flavours (6 pack / 12 pack, chocolate / vanilla)? Tick the box on that meal and list each variant with its own price — they share one card, one photo and one About. Selling a pick-your-own pack (one flat price, customer chooses the items)? Add the pack as its own meal line and tick the pack box — the meal's Price is the whole-pack price, and customers pick from your whole menu unless you say otherwise in the meal's description.

Not licensed yet? No worries — register anyway and we'll hold your spot. Getting licensed is usually simpler and cheaper than people expect, and it opens your kitchen up to more customers. We're happy to point you in the right direction for your area.

Your main page online right now — Facebook page, Marketplace listing, Instagram, wherever customers currently find you. Leave blank if you don't have one yet.

Tick more than one and your page shows them all — e.g. if you tick the order form plus Facebook and Instagram, customers see Facebook and Instagram buttons right above your order form.

Extras

Billed as its own separate subscription alongside your plan — you'll get two payment links at go-live and can cancel either at any time. Included as standard with Truck & Stall.

Need changes beyond the included 2 rounds, or more photos polished? No drama — we'll let you know the cost before doing anything.

Every kitchen gets the same proven page layout — hero photo up top, then your menu, your story, hours and rules, ordering, and contact — dressed in a look that's all yours.

At least 2 images required * — the Hero photo is the big picture at the top of your page, and the Card photo is the single photo shown beside your kitchen on the Secret Kitchens homepage — your best food shots work perfectly for both. Add more look images if you like: your logo, pages you like the look of. The 2 file slots are optional: sketches, drawings, example pages, documents (under 4MB each). Photos can be any size — we optimise them automatically.

A few words is plenty. Your cuisine tells us what you cook — this tells us the feel of your page. Examples: “grandma’s home cooking, warm and cosy” · “bright modern street food” · “traditional family feast, earthy colours” · “clean and premium, like a fancy patisserie”. Stuck for words?
