Yes — just message us and we'll switch you. Changes apply from your next monthly cycle.
Menu, prices, photos, hours — send them through the update page any time, or just message us. Included in every plan.
You can — the Piece by piece table above shows the going rates. But piecemeal means finding, briefing and chasing a different seller for every job, and doing it again each time your menu changes. On a plan, you message us and it's done — updates included.
Essential includes up to 20 menu items, Professional 40, and Premium and Truck & Stall 60. Hidden items and each size or variant count toward your limit. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted — you just can't add more until you're back under your limit.
Yes — any plan can list delivery. Setting a delivery fee on your page is available on Professional and Premium. Delivery areas and arrangements are up to you.
No — on any plan, with or without card payments. Stripe charges its processing fee, but we don't add a cent on top.
Yes — with the Paid Checkout add-on, available on Professional and Premium. On the Truck & Stall plan it's already included.
Any time — no exit fees. Cancel any month and billing stops. Your page comes down, or we hand you the files.
Your plan, card details and invoices live in the Stripe billing portal — log in any time at billing.stripe.com with the email your plan is under.
All prices in Australian dollars. Secret Kitchens is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on any plan. Plan billing is handled securely by Stripe — your card details never touch our site.
